By this appeal the appellant seeks to set aside the trial court's order which limited the appellant's allowance of fees and costs to $8,694.88. The appeal stems from an order which was contrary to a previously entered order authorizing the employment of the appellant for the specific purpose of pursuing a certain claim on behalf of the Trustee.
