Plaintiff Mary Halko has brought this action pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act ("FELA"), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60 (1982), alleging that Consolidated Rail Corporation ("Conrail") and New Jersey Transit Rail Operations, Inc.
