Chris Lamont Michaux was convicted by a jury of burglary and criminal conspiracy and was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than two nor more than four years. The conviction was based entirely upon circumstantial evidence, including evidence that a police bloodhound had tracked and identified Michaux as one of the perpetrators of the burglary.
