Plaintiff filed suit on May 1, 1981, claiming, among other matters, sex discrimination. Defendant Association of Professional Teachers (APT) moved for accelerated judgment, claiming that the statutory period of limitation had run and that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction.
