Plaintiffs contend that, under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, ORS 79.1010 to 79.6010, their security interests in two tractors that defendant repossessed from Hillsboro Tractorland, Inc., (debtor) are superior to defendant's security interest in the tractors, because they filed UCC financing...
