Appellant Boyd McChristion was accused of participating in a robbery and shoot-out at the Concannon Cleaners in Indianapolis on July 29, 1975. He was convicted after a jury trial of commission of a felony while armed and inflicting physical injury while in the commission of robbery. McChristion was sentenced to life imprisonment.
