MORAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff is the mother of the late David Williams and administratrix of his estate. Chicago Police Officer Bruce Wagner shot and killed David Williams on December 15, 1983. Officers Raymond Macey and Robert Campbell, who apparently accompanied Wagner in answering the call which led to the death of Williams, are defendants in the instant case along with Wagner. The officers maintain that Williams lunged at them...
