Mary and Jesus Luna appeal a jury verdict finding Shockey Sheet Metal not liable for injuries suffered by Mary Luna while working at Ore-Ida Foods, Inc. (not a party). Mrs. Luna was sprayed by exploding hot oil and severely burned while working near a fryer manufactured by Shockey Sheet Metal according to plans and specifications provided by Ore-Ida.
