Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs or disbursements, the motion is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.

Special Term denied the defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction, after a hearing. In so holding, Special Term made two crucial findings of fact, viz., (1) that Mark Piccirilli, upon whom service of process was made, told the process server that he was "the boss" of the defendant corporation...
