OPINION

LEVY, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for possession of cocaine weighing more than 200 grams and less than 400 grams, with the intent to deliver. Appellant first moved to suppress the cocaine as the fruit of an illegal arrest, search, and seizure, which the trial court denied, and thereafter pled no contest to the lesser offense of possession of cocaine weighing more than 28 grams but less than 400 grams...
