Jean L. Purse died testate in the State of Delaware on January 4, 1986. A will dated July 24, 1984, was thereafter delivered to the Register of Wills for Sussex County. This will, having been proved in accordance with the laws of Delaware, was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills on January 16, 1986. On that day, the Bank of Delaware ("Bank") filed a petition for Letters Testamentary and has since been appointed Executor...
