Defendant, Marke Bogle, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree murder. We affirm.

Defendant asserts that confusing and contradictory jury instructions on the prosecution's burden of proof denied him due process of law. We find no error in the instructions....
