The plaintiffs, licensed kennel owners, greyhound trainers, and assistant trainers, brought this action under G.L.c. 30A, § 14 (1984 ed.), to overturn the decision of the State Racing Commission (commission) (1) upholding the defendant Wonderland Greyhound Park, Inc.'s (Wonderland) exclusion of the plaintiffs from Wonderland's premises, and (2) suspending the licenses of some of the plaintiffs. A judge in the Superior Court reversed the decision...
