This case arises from damage to a cargo of aluminized steel coils. Defendant Cooper/T. Smith Stevedoring ("Smith") moves to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for lack of personal jurisdiction and in the alternative on grounds of forum non conveniens.
