The plaintiff brought this action under section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act ("the LMRA"), 29 U.S.C. § 141 et seq., after having been terminated from her employment with defendant Dunlop Tire Corporation ("Dunlop"). The Complaint alleges that Dunlop breached the collective bargaining agreement by terminating her without just cause, and further alleges that defendant United Rubber Workers...
