• 1 Defendant, Mark Langlo, was charged by indictment with one count of arson (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 20-1(a)) and one count of aggravated arson (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 20-1.1(a)). Following a bench trial, he was convicted on both counts and sentenced to serve 12 years' imprisonment for aggravated arson and an extended term of 9 years for arson...
