This is an appeal of the trial court's order granting appellees, the Tews, a new trial. We reverse.

The Tews filed a suit against appellants for personal injuries received by eight year old Kimberly Tew (Kimberly) when she allegedly darted out in front of a vehicle driven by appellant Terri Eckerson Andrews (Andrews) and owned by International Minerals and Chemical Corporation (IMC).
