The sole issue in this appeal is whether there is substantial evidence to support the jury's verdict defendant is guilty of the first-degree murders of Bradley Robb Johnson (Robb) and Jennifer Johnson. We determine there is sufficient evidence to support defendant's conviction of the murder of Robb Johnson and affirm that conviction.
