In July, 1984, a jury found Effie Orilla Stricklin guilty of three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and Richard David Stricklin, Sr., guilty of two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree and one count of attempted criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, MCL 750.92; MSA 28.287.
