RANDALL, Judge.

Crown Iron Works brought this action for unfair competition against its former employee, James R. Larson, and his corporation, Falcon Industries. Crown Iron Works' claim was later assigned to appellant Crown Holding Corporation. This is the second suit between these parties for breach of Larson's employment contract and unfair competition. After the second trial, the court ruled appellant did not prove any unfair competition occurred...
