In this controversy between owner and homebuilder, the owner-appellants, Thomas E. Kennemore and Charla L. Kennemore, complain of a directed verdict in favor of the homebuilder-appellee, Bill Bennett, and appeal the resulting take-nothing judgment in favor of Bennett.
