McMILLAN, Judge.

The appellant, Kennedy Minnifield, was found guilty of robbery in the first degree and was sentenced to life imprisonment. A mistrial was granted in a case which was consolidated for trial with the case at hand because a juror was found to have been improperly influenced by a newspaper article.
