Three police officers, armed with a search warrant, seized heroin, cocaine and a loaded pistol from an apartment in Northeast Washington. Appellants Patricia Curry, James Jones and Wayne Washington were each charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute,1 possession of cocaine with intent to distribute,2 possession of an unregistered firearm,3
