PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with possession of cocaine, MCL 333.7214(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7214)(a)(iv) and MCL 333.7403(1) and (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7403)(1) and (2)(a)(iv). Following his bindover, the circuit court granted defendant's motion to suppress evidence and dismissed the charges. The prosecutor appeals. We reverse and remand.
