This appeal arises out of a bitter and litigious child custody and visitation rights dispute. Custody was originally granted to appellant, Elizabeth Morgan, the mother, while appellee, Eric Foretich, the father, was awarded liberal visitation. After an extended period of conflict over visitation and charges against appellee of sexual abuse, the trial court granted appellee's motions for civil contempt against Morgan and ordered her incarcerated...
