The People bring this interlocutory appeal pursuant to C.A.R. 4.1(a), 7B C.R.S. (1984),1 seeking reversal of a juvenile court order suppressing evidence found by search of a juvenile incident to his arrest.2 We reverse the suppression order and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
