Defendant, Donald L. Giesler, (hereinafter Husband) appeals from the judgment of the trial court which ordered the pleadings of defendant stricken pursuant to a motion filed by plaintiff, Sally A. Giesler, (hereinafter Wife) and which found for plaintiff on both counts of her petition for enforcement of a dissolution decree and collection of a promissory note. We affirm.
