The plaintiff is a prisoner currently incarcerated in a state prison and is proceeding pro se in this litigation. At the conclusion of a non-jury trial, the Court, by Opinion and Order dated December 4, 1986, concluded that plaintiff's claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982) lacked merit.
