GIERKE, Justice.

Kendal W. Huwe appeals from a criminal judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of theft of property by deception, a class C felony, in violation of §§ 12.1-23-02(2), 12.1-23-05(2)(a) and 12.1-23-10(2)(f), N.D.C.C. We affirm.

The criminal information in this case alleged that Huwe "did knowingly obtain the property of another, namely the Williston Cooperative Credit Union...
