Plaintiff is the executrix of the estate of Thomas Motel who died in an industrial accident in Clinton County. She instituted this action against multiple defendants on December 16, 1980. The case was tried before a jury which apportioned negligence between plaintiff's decedent and defendant, S & L Service Company, and on October 17, 1986, awarded damages in favor of plaintiff.
