On May 27, 1986, the Debtor ("Douglas") filed his voluntary Chapter 7 petition. On August 6, 1986, Gordon F. Webb ("Webb"), the divorce attorney for Douglas' former spouse, Pamela, filed a two count Complaint against Douglas.
