This is an appeal from judgments of sentence for two counts of criminal solicitation to commit murder.

On April 18, 1984, Pittsburgh Police Officers, working undercover, purchased Dilaudid from Mary and Donna Hoegrel at the women's home in Pittsburgh. Both women were arrested.
