The matters presently before the Court in these cases are Objections of a creditor and the Trustee to a Stipulation of Dismissal entered into between the Debtors and several of their creditors, who are former tenants of the Debtors whom we shall refer to herein as "the Tenants." After considering several of the ironies which pervade disposition of motions to voluntarily dismiss Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases generally...
