Marty Siemann, plaintiff, filed a wrongful death and survival action against Rodney Teston for the death of her sixteen year old daughter, Peggy Barrett, who was killed on November 23, 1982, in an automobile wreck on Louisiana Highway 42 in Ascension Parish, Louisiana.
