Defendant, Norman Spooner, was charged by bill of information with and pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(C), 40:968, and 40:969. He was sentenced to four years on each count. Pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), defendant pled guilty to each offense while reserving his right to appeal the legality of an automobile...
