This is a civil action in which the government seeks to have the named defendants enjoined from committing mail and wire fraud, see 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1343, through a scheme to obtain money by means of false and misleading representations concerning certain hair care products purportedly designed to reverse male pattern baldness.
