Rita C. Kolwe and her husband Frank R. Kolwe, plaintiffs, brought this suit against Penny Taylor for damages resulting from an automobile accident. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), was also joined as a defendant. State Farm provided liability insurance for the Taylor vehicle and underinsured motorist coverage for the Kolwe vehicle. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendants, stating that Taylor was not negligent...
