OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment entered in an action for breach of contract. In six points of error appellant complains of the special issue submitted and the failure of the court to grant her motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and her motion for new trial. We affirm.
