InterSystems, Inc., appeals from the judgment entered for Farmers Co-op Exchange (Farmers). InterSystems filed an action based on Farmers' alleged breach of contract and prayed for damages from Farmers. In its answer, Farmers claimed that InterSystems breached the contract.
