This appeal is from an order denying summary judgment and rejecting appellants' qualified immunity defense. By order dated June 17, 1986, this court initially dismissed this appeal, since an order denying summary judgment is not appealable of right in Minnesota. The Minnesota Supreme Court subsequently declined to determine whether an order denying a summary judgment motion based on an immunity claim must be appealable, but...
