Taylor (Petitioner) petitions for review of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee's decision which granted his Petition to Set Aside Final Receipt but with a suspension of compensation and dismissed his Petition for Reinstatement of Compensation.1
