L.H. (the mother) brought this action to determine the paternity of D.L.H., a child born during the mother's marriage to D.H. (the husband). Court-ordered blood tests unequivocally excluded the husband and he was dismissed from the action. The husband appeals contending that: (1) the trial court erred in concluding that dismissal of the action was not in the best interest of the child pursuant to sec. 767.46...
