This is an appeal by Bonnie B. Currey and the West Virginia Human Rights Commission from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County on March 5, 1986. That order reversed a decision of the Human Rights Commission entered on May 10, 1984, finding E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. guilty of sex discrimination and directing that the company promote Mrs. Currey and pay her back pay for a specified period of time. On appeal the appellants claim that...
