Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et. seq. She alleges that defendants illegally discriminated against her on the basis of sex by refusing to hire her as a member of the Nassau County Police Department. Both sides have moved for summary judgment. Plaintiff alleges that there is no triable question of fact and seeks summary judgment on the issue of liability...
