STEWART, Justice.

Michael Sullemon brought a workers' compensation case against United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company (Fidelity) for benefits from injuries sustained by Sullemon while in the course and scope of his employment. The jury found that Sullemon was injured in the course of his employment and that such injury was a producing cause of total temporary incapacity and not, as Sullemon alleged, total and permanent incapacity. Judgment was rendered accordingly...
