Gary Lamar Bell was charged by indictment with the first degree robbery of one Thomas Senft in that, while armed with a shotgun or gun, and by use of such force, appellant did remove some $388 from the person of the victim, contrary to the provisions of § 13A-8-41, Code of Alabama 1975.
