Appellant, Thomas A. Edmonds sued his employer Boh Bros. Construction Co. (Boh Bros.) and appellee Electro-Coal Transfer Corp. (Electro-Coal) for injuries sustained when he fell from position on a barge owned by Electro-Coal.
