Defendant Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) brings this appeal seeking reversal of a jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiffs, Victor and Elizabeth Diminskis, and against the CTA. The Diminskis' instituted their personal injury suit following an accident in which a bus owned and operated by the CTA struck and seriously injured Victor.
