The primary issue presented in this appeal is whether a real estate agent who is an employee of the seller owes a duty of full and frank disclosure to the buyer in a real estate transaction. A secondary issue is whether an award of attorneys' fees pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-341.01 was proper.
