Willie King Hall was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Hall was indicted for intentional murder under Alabama Code 1975, § 13A-6-2(a)(1). The trial judge charged the jury on both intentional and reckless murder. Proper objection was made. This constitutes reversible error. Ex parte Washington, 448 So.2d 404 (Ala.1984). See also...
